Our verdicts are our own. Vendors can’t pay for placement, buy a better score, or review articles before publication. If a vendor contacts us about an error, we verify it and correct it if they are right.
Accuracy and updates
Software pricing and features change fast. Every article shows a “Last updated” date. If you spot something outdated or wrong, email hello@billablestack.com and we will check it, usually within a week. Significant corrections are noted at the end of the article.
Sources
Our primary source is our own hands-on testing. We complement it with vendors’ official documentation and pricing pages, which we link to.
Use of AI
AI assists with research, outlining, editing and, in some reviews, running test workflows in a browser. It does not form opinions or decide verdicts: those are Bryan’s. All facts are checked against official sources and every article is reviewed by Bryan before publication.
